In consideration of your acceptance of my entry, I waive and release all rights and claims for damages or injuries I may incur against the sponsors of the WIBCA Basketball Showcase, and for injuries suffered by me while traveling to and from or while participating in these events to be conducted on the above dates. I attest and verify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in these events. I testify that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in these events, as attested by my signature here in entered below. I acknowledge I have read and understand the waiver/assumption of risks as outlined above.
